The seven-chakra session

  1. 5 min

    Opening

Koshi chimes settle the room, an intention is set, and a single bowl brings your nervous system to rest.

  2. 30–40 min

    Root to crown

A bowl for each chakra in turn: Muladhara, Swadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna and Sahasrara.

  3. 5 min

    Integration

Silence, then a grounding tone at the root so you return steady.

  4. 5–10 min

    Close

Water, a few words about what you noticed, and one practice for the week.

The seven centres

From Muladhara at the base of the spine to Sahasrara at the crown, each chakra is given its own bowl and its own few minutes.

The session always ends back at the root, so you leave grounded.

Questions, answered

Do I need to believe in chakras?

No. You can treat it as a structured, very relaxing sound session.

How is this different from a private session?

A private session follows what you bring on the day. Chakra balancing follows a fixed seven-stage structure from root to crown.
