An ancient Vedic fire ritual performed at sunrise and sunset to purify the air and settle the atmosphere of the healing space.
Nature elements
The calm flow of water, the grounding strength of mud and stone, and the soft scent of organic oils, chosen to make the room feel safe and still.
Divine sound instruments
Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, with Kenari chimes, elemental chimes, energy meridian bowls, hanging bells and tingsha bells.
