- Enquiry and booking details. When you send an enquiry or book a session we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional when you choose WhatsApp), company name for team enquiries, and anything you choose to add in the note.
- Payment details. When you pay for a session, payment information is handled by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
- Usage information. We collect non-identifying information about how the website is used, such as browser type, device, pages visited and the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters), through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use your information
- To reply and deliver sessions. We use your details to answer your enquiry, schedule and run sessions, and contact you about your appointment by WhatsApp, phone or email, as you choose.
- To improve the website. Aggregated usage data helps us understand which pages are useful and fix what isn't.
- Marketing, only with consent. We send newsletters or offers only if you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and deliver our services. We never sell them.
Sharing and disclosure
- Service providers. We share data with carefully chosen providers who help us operate, such as email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, website hosting, analytics and payments. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, court order or a regulator.
Photographs and video
Photos or videos may be taken at group sessions and events for our marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, tell our team before the session begins and we will respect that.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
- Access and correction. You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your data when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cancellation and refunds
- Sound healing sessions. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your session. Later cancellations are charged in full.
- Training. Cancellation terms for training are shared with each batch.
- Refunds. Where a refund applies, it is made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
